Privacy policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

At LinkCaly we take the privacy of your data seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. What data we collect

When you create an account we store your name and email address. We also store the content you create inside the app: your panels, categories, and the links you save, including the title, URL, and any notes you add.

2. How we use your data

We use your information only to provide the service: authenticating you, showing and syncing your panels, and communicating with you about your account (for example, to confirm your email or reset your password). We don't use your data for advertising or to build a profile about you.

3. Who we share your information with

We don't sell or rent your data to third parties. We work with infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under their own security policies: Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Vercel for hosting the application.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference saved in your browser (localStorage) to remember whether you prefer light or dark mode. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Security

Your information always travels encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are stored using secure hashing through Supabase Auth. We limit access to your data to the personnel strictly necessary to operate the service.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account and all your data at any time. If you need help exercising these rights, write to us and we'll resolve it promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make significant updates to this policy, we'll notify you by email or with a notice in the app before the changes take effect.
